In May 2014, I graduated from Butler County Community College with my Associates Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. During school clinical rotations I have spent many hours in nursing home, hospital, and sports medicine outpatient Physical Therapy settings. Physical Therapy has always been an interest of mine since having gone through it myself for a sports injury. It has benefitted my life, and I plan to help do the same for others. Recently, my husband, daughter, and I moved from Pennsylvania to begin my career here in Virginia. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, it is my goal to motivate, respect, teach, and listen to every patient in my care while applying the knowledge and skills I have obtained thus far. I plan on making a lifelong commitment to learning new things in order to better the lives of those God places in my care. So many have been a blessing to my life, and I can only hope and pray to be a blessing to others through therapy.
