Synergy Rehab and Wellness is an approved provider for all major insurances. We focus on keeping our fees reasonable and competitive with comparable providers in the area. After verifying your coverage with your provider we will inform you of any co-payments, co-insurances, or charges towards your deductible.
Our office makes sure that billing and insurance-related issues are handled in a quick and efficient manner in house with no third parties involved.
For those patients who do not have health insurance or those who have maxed out their benefits, we offer a private pay plan. Please contact Synergy Rehab & Wellness today for more information on our fees for service and payment details.

Direct Access
Under Virginia Direct Access Law you may see a Physical Therapist without a referral from your Physician for up to 30 days, enabling you to be seen immediately and giving you time to get a prescription from your Doctor. This does not apply to Medicare patients, who require a prescription from their Doctor for all medically necessary services.
We have several certified Direct Access Physical Therapists on staff in compliance with (§ 54.1-3482).
