Practice Manager
Adam is a native of the Shenandoah Valley and studied Kinesiology focusing in Exercise Science at James Madison University, while also minoring in Spanish.
As Practice Manager he is passionate about empowering the team to be the best they can be to take care of our community. He is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all systems and operations across multiple clinical sites, as well as managing Human Resources for Synergy. Adam also is involved in the development and training programs for the clinical and administrative support teams.
You will often see Adam encouraging patients to reach and exceed goals. He believes in never asking patients to do anything he cannot do himself and will often dive right into therapy alongside them! Adam is especially motivated by seeing people accomplish their personal goals and is committed to doing anything within his power to help patients and team members obtain them.
Adam met his beautiful wife and started a family here in Staunton, and together they work as On Campus Faculty at Stuart Hall Preparatory and Boarding School. He enjoys many hobbies in his spare time including golf, soccer, aquarist, drumming & percussion, and especially being a father to his two amazing children.
